Clinical observation of 0. 1 % tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of perianal eczema

Abstract

OBJECTIVE Evaluation of the efficacy and safety in short-term treatment of 0.1% tacrolimus ointment in the treatment perianal eczema.METHODS The 69 cases of perianal eczema were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group 37 cases,using 0.1% topical tacrolimus ointment,2 times a day treatment for 2 weeks;control group,32 cases,using 0.1% topical cream halcinonide 2 times a day for 2 weeks.RESULTS There were no significant difference in total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups of patients(P 0.05).CONCLUSION There was satisfactory effect in the treatment of perianal eczema by using 0.1% tacrolimus ointment,the adverse reactions were few and mild,it is a good drug for the treatment of perianal eczema.
