Optimization of Extraction Technology for Yanzongyuzi Capsule by Orthogonal Experiment

Abstract

Objective:To optimize the extraction technology of Yanzongyuzi capsules.Methods:Sellected the contents of Icariin as the most important factor,the extraction technology of Yanzongyuzi capsules was optimized by orthogonal experiment.Results:The optimal extraction technology of Yanzongyuzi capsules was adding 10,8,8 times water,soaking 30 minutes and extracting 2 h/time for 2 times.Conclusion:The optimal extraction technology applied to industrial production for stable quality,good reproducible and simple equipment.
