Abstract
Objective To optimize the extraction technology for medicinal materials in Weiyankang capsules. Methods The extraction method of Weiyankang capusles was determined by orthogonal design with the content of the rate of medicinal extract and extraction efficiency of paeonifiorin taken as markers. Results The optimal conditions are A2B2C2, that is, adding 8 times amount of 70% alcohol and refluxing and extracting for 2 h (totally extracting for 2 times). Conclusion The optimized process is stable and highly efficient.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
