Exploring the clinical value of myocardial enzyme detection in asphyxia newborn

Abstract

Objective:To explore the change of myocardial enzyme with the anoxia myocardial injury and its clinical value in asphyxia newborn.Methods:86 asphyxia newborns hospitallized in newborn department,were classified into mild asphyxia group and severe asphyxia group by the degree of asphyxia.The level of AST,LDH,CK,CK-MB,HBDH in the venons sample were detected and analized,which of the 86 cases were got through at 24 hours after birth and 7 days after therapy.30 normal newborns without anoxia constituded the control group,the result were analized.Resluts:The mean serum values of AST,LDH,CK,CK-MB,HBDH in mild and severe ashpyxia group rose obviously and had significant defference compared to control group(P0.01).And those in severe ashpyxia group also had significant defferenc to mild ashpyxia group(P0.01).Conclusion:The level of myocardial enzyme rise rapidly early after neonatal asphyxia,and is correlative positively with the degree of asphyxia;The myocardial enzyme detection has important clinical value,for may be used as the early and sensitive mark to discover myocardial injury after neonatal asphyxia.
