Mini- plate internal fixation with Kirschner metacarpal fracture effect of contrast

Objective To evaluate and compare the clinical efficacy of mini- plate internal fixation with Kirschner metacarpal fracture. Method 77 cases of metacarpal fracture patients were randomly divided into two groups,39 cases in the observation group,the use of micro- plate fixation,38 cases in the control group,the use of Kirschner wire fixation,two groups of patients surgery,clinical efficacy and postoperative complications were observed and compared. Results Excellent clinical efficacy study group was 23( 59. 0%) patients,good for the 13( 33. 3%) patients,poor in 3( 7. 7%) patients,in the control group,the clinical efficacy superior to 15( 39. 5%) patients,good in 12( 31. 6%),and poor in 11( 28. 9%) patients,the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients with fracture healing time was statistically significant difference( P 0. 05); Postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of mini- plate fixation of metacarpal fracture is good,can effectively reduce postoperative complications arising deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
