Clinical Study on the Effect of Kirschner Wire and Mini Plate Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Metacarpal and Phalangeal Fractures

Objective To investigate the effect of Kirschner wire and mini plate internal fixation in the treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures in patients with clinical effect.Methods Select 120 cases of metacarpal and phal-angeal fractures ( From January 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital).Using randomized controlled methods, patients were divided into experimental group and control group.The patients in control group were treated with Kirschner wire internal fixation, and the others in experimental group were treated with mini plate.Efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results The hospital time and operation time of experimental group is significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05);The fracture healing time of experimental group was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05); In experimental group, the total efficiency is 95%, and it is significantly higher than the control group (90%) (P<0.05);In experimental group, the satisfactory rate was 95%,and it is significantly higher than that of the control group (65%) (P<0.05).Conclusions The metacarpal and phalangeal fractures were treated with mini plate shows that the treatment effect is ideal, the appearance effect is better, but operation time, hospitalization time is longer, the patients should choose the suitable treatment methods according to their own situation.
