Abstract
The aim of this study was to characterize expression of Ghrelin in the sheep ovary.A pair of PCR primers was designed according to the sheep ghrelin from GenBank sequence.RNA was extracted from sheep ovary and the cDNA was obtained by the reverse transcription PCR(RT-PCR).The resulted showed that the sequenced sheep Ghrelin cDNA was part of Ghrelin with blasting the published sheep ghrelin sequence. There was only one was not same in 233 bases. The difference didn't influence polypeptide sequence after translation. The cDNA contained a ORF of 231 bp which encoded a seventy seven amion acid prepropeptide.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
