Abstract
This paper introduces the physical architecture of the advanced metering infrastructure(AMI)and describes the principle of the concentrator detection function in detail as one of the most important terminal equipment of AMI.It analyses and compares various test program of the concentrator and put them into actual test.From the test results,the method used in this paper tests concentrator functions,verifies the actual run-time communication channel of the concentrator and greatly improved the efficiency of the test.
