Abstract
Internet media is another new type of mass media following the press、radio and television.The emergence of Network Media not only brings the progress and development to the traditional media,because of the spreading of its own.Cybercrime has become a major problem in Internet media regulations and management worldwide.It is suggested that by the strengthening of international cooperation,developing the scientific regulations and management mechanisms of the media,online media could survive and develop healthily.
