Effect of GA3 Pretreatment on Fresh Preservation of Cut Flowers of Gladiolus hybridus

Abstract
The fresh preservation effect on Gladiolus hybridus of GA3 pretreating combined with 3% sucrose solution were evaluated.The results showed that the vase holding life of cut-flowers could be extended by 50 mg/L GA3 pretreatment combined with 3% sucrose solution.At the same time,the ornamental value,moisture balance and the activity of POD,SOD in cut-flowers were all improved,and the degradation of protein was delayed.
