The necessity and urgency of regulating economic monopoly and administrative monopoly togther

There are various opinions about the question which kind of monopoly Chinese Anti Monopoly Law should regulate.Depending on the common features of economic monopoly and administrative monopoly,This thesis raises the viewpoint that Chinese Anti monopoly Law may regulate the two kinds of monopoly together.It is not only the needs of the construction of socialism market economic system,but also the inevitable requirement of WTO.
