Effects of combination of mecobalamin and alprostadil on diabetic peripheral neuropathy

【Objective】Discussion of Mecobalamin Combined with Alprostadil for the treatment method and curative effect of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy(DPN).【Methods】RandomLy selected from our hospital 50 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus and diabetic patients with peripheral neuropathic pain as the object of study,50 patients were randomLy divided into treatment group(n=25) and control group(n=25),the treatment group were treated with Mecobalamin Combined with Alprostadil for the treatment,control group with mecobalamin.【Resluts】The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group 88%,64%,P0.05;two groups after treatment of SNCV,MNCV were significantly increased,but the treatment group improved more significantly,compared with the control group was significant,P0.05.【Conclusion】The Mecobalamin Combined with Alprostadil for the treatment of DPN effect is better.
