Abstract

Objective To explore the relationship between large Y chromosome and adverse pregnancy as well as clinical significance. Methods:Preparation of peripheral blood lymphocyte culture of conventional chromosome specimens,G-banding karyotype analysis of 716 cases were Detected. Results:Detected 124 cases of abnormal karyotype,Male 56 cases of abnormal karyotype,Large Y chromosome carriers of 38 cases,Accounting for abnormal male karyotype of 67.86%,Large Y chromosome carriers Could lead to his spouse happened habitual abortion, low infant birth intellectual,long-term infertility, history has stillbirth, children have abnormal reproductive history and neonatal deaths and abortion and so on.Conclude:Large Y chromosome was related with adverse pregnancy, and have the clinical significance.
