Analysis of chromosome karyotype in blood of 4335 cases

Abstract

Objective:To study the relationship between abnormal chromosome karoytype and disease.Methods: Chromosome karoytype for peripheral blood was analysis through lymphocyte culture and G-banding technology.Results: There are 276 abnormal chromosome karyotype of the 4335 cases.The incidence of the abnormal rate was 6.37%.Conclusion: The abnormality of chromosome is the important reason of autonomous abortion,fetal failure development,unfavorable pregnancy,infertility and abnormal development.
