Clinical Observation of 50 Cases by Cooling Blood through Clearing Heat and Nourishing Yin to Treat Vulgaris Psoriasis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy on cooling blood through clearing heat and nourishing yin to treat vulgaris psoriasis.Method:50 cases of psoriasis take cooling blood through clearing heat and nourishing yin therapy,taking self decoction.To observe clinical efficacy after 2 and 3 months of treatment and the recurrence after the treatment of 3 months and six months.Result:2 months after treatment,clinical recovery in 4 cases,16 cases markedly,effective in 25 cases,ineffective in 5 cases,the cure rate was 8%,markedly effective rate was 40%.3 months after clinical recovery in 12 cases,markedly effective in 23 cases,effective in 13 cases,ineffective in 2 cases,the cure rate was 24%,markedly effective rate was 70%.50 patients after treatment compared with before treatment PASI score decreased significantly.after 3 months drug withdrawal relapsed 0 cases,after six months the recurrence in 1 case,the recurrence rate was 2.00%.Conclusion:The cooling blood through clearing heat and nourishing yin method can significantly improve the skin lesions of psoriasis area and severity,a significant effect,very few adverse reactions,lower recurrence rate,worthy of clinical application.
