Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical result of postoperative cataract of glaucoma with phacoemulsification and foldable posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Methods Postoperative cataract of glaucoma was treated by clear cornea incision phacoemulsification and foldable posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation in 44 eyes(42 cases),The visual acuity, intraocular pressure and complications were observed in 3~6 months of follow-up postoperatively. Results All the 44 cases got improved vision. The intraocular pressure was reduced to normal level. Conclusions Phacoemulisification with posterior chamber foldable intraocular lens implantation can be a good method for the treatment of complicated postoperative cataract of glaucoma.
