Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of CysC 、UmALB and HbA1 c in early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy( DN). Methods The 121 diabetics in this study were divided into three different groups( DM group,Early renal injury group and Diabetic nephropathy group) according to UmAlb value,CysC、UmALB and HbA1 c were measured in all individuals and performed the comparative analysis in observation group and 45 cases of healthy control group. Results The levels of CysC,HbA1 c,UmALB in all diabetic groups were higher than that of the control group( P 0. 05),and their levels in three groups of diabetes increased with the degree of renal injury increased,It has significant difference( P 0. 05). Conclusions The positive rate and specificity in the early kidney damage can be improved by combined detection,It can provide the basis for diabetic nephropathy in early diagnosis and prognostic evaluation.
