Abstract
The fruits of Huangjin and Fengshui pear cultivars were bagged at different fruit stages with different bag and collected to examine the effects of fruit bagging on their quality. The results showed the earlier bagging the more significantly of peel smoothness and fruit dot of Huangjin and Fengshui pear cultivars got improved, but the more of single fruit weight and edible part of bagged fruit reduced. The more of soluble solids content and soluble sugar content decreased the earlier bagging, but the more of reducing VC and fruit hardness increased the earlier bagging, but titratable acid content keeps unchanged.21~28 d and 28~35 d was the best bagging stage of Huangjin and Fengshui pear cultivars after full-bloom stage through comprehensive comparison respectively.
