Effect of Cluster Bagging on Berry Quality of Five Grape Cultivars

The experiment of different cultivar cluster bagging with different kind fruit bags was done in 5 grape(Vitis) cultivars. The results showed that after bagging with fruit special purpose bag, single fruit weight, single cluster weight, fruit total soluble solid content and sugar/acid ratio of Gaoqi were increased markedly or extremely markedly, but fruit shape indexes and acid content of Gaoqi decreased,the former markedly, the latter extremely markedly; all indexes of other cultivars did not change. Among test cultivars, effect of bagging with special purpose fruit bag on fruit quality of Gaoqi was best;fruit quality of the other cultivars were almost influenced after bagging with all fruit bags.
