Abstract

The situation of style of university leading cadres is related to the success of higher education.Construction of the current style of university leading cadres has achieved remarkable results.However,some problems can not be ignored.Strengthening the construction of style of university leading cadres should do the following work:Pay more attention to the strict standard,adhere to correct guidance in appointing cadres.Strengthen supervision and inspection,energetically undertake in a realistic and pragmatic way.Improve the rules and regulations,establish and perfect the long-term mechanism of style of university leading cadres.Intensify the education system,strengthen the university leading cadres.Intensify the education system,strengthen the ideological education of university leading cadres.
