Abstract

Leading cadres’ training has its own character and rule as well as its specific functioning mechanism. Researching and mastering these characters and rules will have great significance to strengthening educational speciality 、efficiency and improving educational effects. Appropriately dealing with the several important and crucial relations is the keystone to promoting the leading cadres education all around way.
