Exploring New Approach for Work Style Construction of Contingent of Cadres

Strengthening work style construction is an eternal topic for construction of contingent of cadres. In recent years,the work style of contingent of cadres has changed greatly under the promotion from central government.While,some cadres still have problems in work style,such as misunderstanding in cognition,retreat in mind,and bureaucracy in service,etc. It has subjective reasons,as well as objective ones. Under the new situation,in order to change work style of contingent of cadres,ideological education must be strengthened,management system must be innovated,and proportion of punishment and supervision must be reinforced.
