Abstract
The extension project of Taocha Canal Headwork will be the water sources project of the Middel Line of Diversion Project from South to North China. The practical mode of opertion of the old works and, emphatically, the hydraulics test results of late extension project of the sluice, i.e.,the heightened scheme of rockfill dam, are represented, including discharge capacity, the discrimination and analyisis of flow patterns in the culvert, the conjuction of flow downstrearn and the pressure properties on the side wall of structures. Some modifications recommendations for the design and some concrete measures for improving hydraulic characteristics in culvert by reasonable gate operation are proposed.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
