Abstract
The hydraulics test results on main conveyance structures of the Middle Line of Diversion Project from South to North China are represented. These engineerings contain six items, e.g.,the heightening of Danjiangkou dam, the extension works of Taocha Sluice,the Zhanghe Aqueduct on the main canal, etc..The study contents include discharge capacity,energy dissipation,flow pattern,pressure dustribution and local head loss, etc.. Investigation data on roughness n of concrete canals and prototype observed results in three operated canals are introduced. The results have provided a reliable basis for the design, and pointed out the problems to be further studied.
