Abstract
Objective The study of serum total bile acid, prealbumin determination of primary liver cancer diagnostic significance. Methods March 2011 to July 2012,38 cases of patients with primary liver cancer hospital for the experimental group,in our hospital during the same period, the healthy control group, patients in both groups serum total bile acid, before albumin determination. Results HCC levels of serum total bile acid, prealbumin were lower than healthy patients, the statistical analysis (p 0.05),the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Serum total bile acids, prealbumin in patients with primary liver cancer has changed significantly contribute to clinical patients for early diagnosis.
