Abstract
A simple, rapid method was developed for on-line determination of As in tea.In this method,an electromagnetic induction oven was used as heating source,As(Ⅴ) was prereduced to As(Ⅲ) by 25 g/L KI and 25 g/L ascorbic acid and determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS).The detection limit of As is 0.063 μg/L,the relative standard deviation(RSD) of samples is 2.5%.The proposed method can be successfully applied to the determination of trace As in tea.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
