Abstract

An atomic fluorescence spectrometry for the determination of a micro amount of lead in tea with high sensitivity and good accuracy was developed. Under the selected experimental conditions, a linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity and lead concentration exists in the range of 0~280 μg/L with a correlation coefficient 0.9996. The detection limit of the method is as low as 0.26 μg/L. The recovery is 91.6%~98.7%, and the coefficient of variation is not more than 5.2%.
