Abstract

This paper elaborates the connotation of rural information service industry and its strategic significance, summarizes successful experience of the foreign rural information service industry, analyzes the constraints of rural information services industry in Hebei province, finally proposed the development countermeasure of rural information services industry in Hebei province.
