Abstract
One of the keys in reforming the teaching in application-oriented colleges lies in the establishment and completion of practice teaching system,and the teaching reform led by employment and business startup thus becomes the main direction of these colleges.The open practice teaching system of students-centered and teachers-led basically covers the optimization of curriculum system,integration of faculty resources,reform of teaching mode,construction of information platform,completion of assessment system and establishment of security system
