The talent training mode innovation and construction of practice teaching system is an important content of the development of private colleges and universities in the current.This paper first discusses the construction of practice teaching system of economics and management in private college,then takes Nanning University economy and management specialty as an example,and constructs the practical teaching system platform of economy and management specialty,finally puts forward the measures such as strengthening the construction of laboratory and practice base,practice teaching management and examination,and the construction of teachers team etc.
