Effect of Nifedipine united Captopril in Primary Hypertension

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nifedipine united captopril in primary hypertension.Methods One hundred and seventy-eight cases of primary hypertension were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,nifedipine were given to patients in the control group and on the basis of the control group captopril were given to patients in the treatment group,observed and compared the healings in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 94.38 percent and 69.66 percent,with a significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The therapy of nifedipine united captopril in primary hypertension can get satisfied clinical effect and don't increase the number of dermatology,worthy of being popularized in clinical treatment.
