Abstract
At present,the mobile digital service becomes the growth point of profits for telecom munications operators.Developing digital service primarily lies in dealing with the relationship in the telecommunications industry value chain.The digital service in Japan and Korea have developed maturely.The paper analyses the characteristics of the telecommunications industry value chain of Japan and Korea,and compares them with the mode of value chain in China and proposes the suggestions for the harmonious development of China's telecommunications industry value chain from the aspects of customers′ objection,management for SP/CP,the relationship between operators and terminal manufacturers,sharing and environment adaption.
