Research on cooperation mechanism in China telecom supply chain

Abstract

With the blooming emergence of value-added service in China telecom industry, the cooperation mechanism between mobile operator and service provider is urgently needed. In this paper, we propose a coordination mechanism based on quantitative analysis. First, we present the structure of one value-added service chain in China telecom industry. Then, we formulate the coordination mechanism between mobile operator and service provider by using game theory. Finally, a numerical example of cooperation mechanism based on real data is given.
