Abstract

This ariticle talks about the history of China Telecommunications service network firstly,then it discusses the evolution of China Telecommunications service network.In this ariticle,the author uses a method of value chain analysis to analyze all the value chains of China Telecommunications service and discuss the connection of service value chain and service network of China Telecommunications.The ariticle gives an opinion:the core of China Telecommunications service network evolution is to control value chain.
