Abstract

This paper discusses the discriminate relation between the enterprise culture and ideological and political work.It analyses the difference and connection between them.The paper puts forward the new approach to strengthen enterprise's culture building and innovation of the ideological and political work and aims at supplying experience and enlightenment to build enterprise's culture and the ideological and political work.
