Abstract
it is very important to protect peasant's income,promote reasonable circulation of rural land,improve the income of the farmers and increase social wealth for the sustainable development of economy and society of our country.Based on China's current rural land circulation and problems of the status of the inspection,this thesis made some suggestions and opinions.
