Economic Analysis on the Local Government Behavior in Rural Land Circulation

Abstract

Promoting the rural land circulation is the only way to realize the agriculture scale management,and an important measure to improve the agricultural economic benefit and increase farmers' income in China.Local government plays a more important role in rural land circulation.The local government behavior in rural land circulation is analyzed with economic theory,and the pertinence suggestions are put forward,which have important significance in guaranteeing the orderly development of rural land circulation and farmers' right and interests.
