Abstract
The social cost of industry administration monopoly is an important index to reflect monopoly's injury to society.According to the Tullock model in the theory of rent-seeking,the social cost of industry administration monopoly includes deadweight social welfare loss and monopoly profits.Based on this theory,the China's social cost of industry administration monopoly from 2003 to 2005 is estimated and it is found that the social cost of industry administration monopoly is strengthening.
