Clinical observation of Tanreqing injection in 40 cases of pediatric acute bronchitis

Objective: To discuss clinical effects of Tanreqing injection in treating pediatric acute bronchitis.Methods: 80 cases of pediatric acute bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups.Conventional therapy methods such as anti-infection,anti-viral,eliminating phlegm and stopping cough were given in control group(40 cases) and the treatment group in which 40 cases received Tanreqing injection 0.5～1 mL·kg-1 ·d-1(intravenous drip) on the basis of above conventional therapy,with a course of 7 days.To compare the difference between the two group.Results: In the treatment group,34 cases were cured,5 cases were upturned and 1 case was ineffective,the total effective rate was 97.5%;in the control group,27 cases were cured,8 cases were upturned and 5 cased were uneffective,The total effective rate was 87.8%.the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group remarkably(P0.05).Conclusion: The use of Tanreqing injection is safe and effective in the treatment of pediatric acute bronchitis,which is worth spreading.
