The Curative Effect Observation of Bile Regurgitation Gastritis Treated by Hydrotalcite and Domperidone

Objective Aluminum magnesium carbonate of the United domperidone treatment bile reflux gastritis patients.Method Bile reflux gastritis and 70 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and control group 35 cases,the joint study group with domperidone hydrotalcid treatment,the control group only treated with domperidone,the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared,24h,symptom improvement and gastric bile reflux situation.Results Observation group and control group were 94.28% efficiency,77.14%,the difference was significant(P0.05),the observation group group symptom score before treatment was no significant difference(P0.05),after treatment 2,4 weeks appeared on the abdominal pain,bloating,nausea,vomiting,four kinds of points of symptoms was significantly lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Bile 24h observation group monitoring,total time bile reflux,reflux and reflux continued5min before treatment was significantly higher than the number decreased(P0.01),longest reflux time,no significant decrease(P0.05).Conclusion Joint domperidone hydrotalcite bile reflux treatment than single treatment with domperidone more significant,decreased bile reflux,clinical symptoms improved significantly.
