Abstract
The influences of factors such as temperatures, pH, enzyme concentration, substrate concentration on the indexes which were degree of hydrolysis, the index of soluble nitrogen, the recovery ratio of total nitrogen. Heme were investigated through a L9(34) orthogonal design test. The results are as following : The optimum hydrolysis conditions of combinative enzyme are pH7.5, 55℃, enzyme/substrate ratio is 8000U/g, concentration of substrates is 6%, hydrolysis time is 8h.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
