Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of Multislice spiral CT urography(MSCTU) and aftertreatment techniques in diagnosing ureteral stones.Method 30 cases of ureteral stones. All cases were verified with histology. All cases were examined and analyzed with KUB,IVP,Ultrasonography and MSCTU.Result All 30 patients with ureteral calculi were unilateral solitaryL In 30 cases,14 cases were detected by B ultrasound(The detection rate of 47%);7 cases were detected by KUB,Suspicious in 3 cases(The detection rate of 33.3%);23 cases were detected by IVP(The detection rate of 76.6%);30 cases were detected by MSCTU(The detection rate of 100%).Conclusion MSCTU has obvious advantages in diagnosing ureteral stones. It can be used as the most important means to check the ureteral stones and provide a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
