Abstract
We studied the influences of different medium and auxin concentration on the callus rate of rice.It was found that the medium NB could improve the callus rate of rice,compared with MS medium.The callus rate was the highest when the concentration of NB+2,4-D is 2.0 mg/L,and the concentration of 6-BA is 1 mg/L.
