The Problems and Corresponding Considerations about Normal College Students′ Pre-teacher Training Courses

Under the current elementary education reform in China,new requirements are set forth for the primary and secondary teachers.Consequently,some problems of former curriculum of educational courses in normal universities are disclosed.So in order to adapt to the new elementary education reform and to meet the demand of teacher professionalization,normal college authorities must reform their current pre-teacher curriculum by increasing the time space and intensity of courses such as teaching skills and teaching practice.Only by this can normal students are equipped with the real skills they need in their future job.What′s more,it is suggested to offer some corresponding courses of New Curriculum Standards to normal students to solve the problem from its source at the end of the paper.
