Abstract

Objective:To study the relationship between the antibody titer of serum anti-A(B)blood type of IgG and hemolytic disease of mewborn(HDN)in pregnant women with0blood type by dynamic monitoring. Methods:The titer of serum anti-A(B)blood type of IgG in392 pregnant women with0blood type in pregnant20,26,30,34,38weeks was dynamicly monitored respectively. The blood type of newborn was deˉtected, and three items of test, namely coombs test, antibody release and free antibody determination were done for the diagnosis of HDN.Results:When the antibody titer of serum anti-A(B)blood type of IgG rose to two titers or more, the morbidity of HDN was83%.Conclusion:Dynomic monitoring the antibody titer of serum anti-A(B)blood type of IgG has important significance on the prevention of HDN.
