Influences of Jianpi Jiangzhi Lin(健脾降脂灵) on blood lipids in rats with hyperlipemia

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Jianpi Jiangzhi Ling(健脾降脂灵) in treatment of experimental hyperlipemia Wistar rats.Methods:The curative effect of Jianpi Jiangzhi Ling on blood lipids in normal and hyperlipemia Wistar rats were observed.Results:After Jianpi Jiangzhi Ling treatment,the level of total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG) were decreased,highdensity lipoproteincholesterol(HDLC) was increased,there were no significant differences comparing with control group (all P 0 05).The level of TC,TG,lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol(LDLC) were lower significantly in hyperlipemia Wistar rats ( P 0 01 or P 0 05),and the level of HDLC were significantly higher ( P 0 05) after Jianpi Jiangzhi Ling treatment.Conclusions:Jianpi Jiangzhi Ling may regulate the level of blood lipid in normal and hyperlipemia Wistar rats.The effect is more significantly in hyperlipemia rats than in normal rats.
