Effect Observation of Metoprolol and Enalapril in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

Objective To observe the efficacy of Metoprolol and Enalapril in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods From December 2009 to September 2010 in Xindian center hospital of Weiyuan,94 cases of chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups in accordance with the principle of informed consent,47 patients in the control group with conventional therapy,47 patients in the observation group were treated with Metoprolol and Enalapril based on the conventional therapy,the efficacy and safety of two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 97.9%,significantly higher than 83.0% of the controls group,the difference was statistically significant between two groups(P0.05);the adverse reaction rates in both groups were 8.5% and 4.3%,there was no significant difference between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol and Enalapril in the treatment of chronic heart failure has satisfactory clinical efficacy and good safety,it is one of the clinical treatment of choice.
