Abstract
Objective:To develop a method of quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker(QAMS) for simultaneously determining four gingerol compounds in zingiberis rhizoma.Method: A HPLC method was developed as QAMS to determine 6-gingerol,6-shogaol,10-gingerol and 8-gingerol in zingiberis rhizoma.Using 6-gingerol as the internal reference substance, the relative correction factor(RCF) of the three components was determined by HPLC with good reproducibility. The contents of the four components in 28 batches of samples was determined by QAMS and external standard method.Result: No siginificant differences between the quantitative results of QAMS method and external standard method were observed. Conclusion: It is feasible and suitable to evaluate the quality of zingiberis rhizoma by QAMS.
