Abstract
The basis ofadministering a country with moralsis to educate its people with morals the essential assignment of which is to improve the quality of its people's ideology and morality.In order to achieve the aim it is very required to renew the concept of the quality of morals and the education of morals.It is als o important to foster its citizens'modern scientific brains moral responsibil-ity justness idea loyalty consciousness self-control ability and sound character and change the education of morals into a nurturant type hamonious type raising type open type and self-determination type.
