Study on Water Price of Interbasin Diversion

Being as an important infrastructure of national economy,interbasin diversion projects are exerting huge social economic benefits in the national economic building.But,it is also faced with the issue of sustainable and healthy development,of which,water price is one of the core issues in construction,operation and management of an interbasin diversion project.The paper discusses and introduces the investment sharing method of a diversion project,a calculation and collection method of water price of three-component(fixed + metered + over quota) system,hierarchy and key points for diverted water price calculation,principles and contents for water price calculation at the water supply intakes and water price calculation of diverted water users.The capacity for acceptance on diverted water price of users can be analyzed based on the proportions of industrial and agricultural production value(or benefits) and inhabitants' incomes and the degree of overall influence on water price.
